Why We Love It: Our Classic Tonic syrup is perfect balance of zesty, sweet and bittered soda. We use a triple hit of citrus with lemon juice, peel and lemongrass - a natural bitterness that won’t overpower your drink.
Best Served As: Pour 120 ml of Sparkling Water over a handful of ice, add 25 ml of Classic Tonic Soda Syrup. Top it off with a thin slice of fresh cucumber and a basil leaf as a little extra.
